Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Kare On platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Kare On, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Kare On provides a clinic operating system for healthcare providers including appointment scheduling, patient record management, digital prescriptions, reception workflow tools, and queue management.
3. Eligibility
You must be a registered healthcare professional or an authorised representative of a healthcare facility to use Kare On as a provider. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@kareon.in.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Kare On is a clinic management tool — not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional.
6. Patient Data Responsibilities
As a healthcare provider using Kare On, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary consents from patients before entering their data
- Ensuring accuracy of information entered into the platform
- Complying with applicable healthcare data regulations
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Kare On to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform security
- Share account credentials with unauthorised users
- Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare management
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, and content comprising the Kare On platform are the intellectual property of Kare On and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kare On shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be securely deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
